Cancellation
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If policy is not respected, 50% of the service will be charged upon next booking.
Late to Appointment
If more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notice, your service will need to be rescheduled unless time allows. If policy is not respected, 50% of the service will be charged upon next booking.
No Show
With a no show, you will get marked down and have to pay 100% of your last service before you can book again.
